Lying part 2
Continuing on the topic of lying something that we spent a good amount of time talking about in class was people accepting lies. By accepting I mean that they know the person is lying but nothing is said about it they just go along with the lie. A big reason people might do this is to avoid embarrassment for everybody. Another reason that people may go along with the lie is to keep from ruining a relationship with that person. If you call someone out on lying often that could lead to an argument that could end up causing more trouble. Also people could use it for their own advantage. If you go along with the lie maybe they will owe you a favor in return.

A relationship is a bond that is inseparable. Whether that relationship is a positive or negative varies. These lies that are used to help relationships stay together are hollow and and weak, eventually leading to a negative relationship. The best way to maintain relationship is to refrain from lies, instead use understanding of each other and working together to build a positive relationship.
